2017 Graduate Program
Commencing early 2017, Cobham Aviation Services is offering graduates the opportunity to participate in a structured, closely monitored, two year rotational program. The program comprises four six month placements across the Cobham Aviation Services operational business units and functional departments. This may include Program Management, Operations, Business Development, Procurement, Commercial, Communications, Finance, IT or Human Resources. Each assignment you undertake over the two years will enable you to gain excellent experience – giving you a rounded view of our business as a whole and guiding you towards an extremely successful career.

In Australia, we are seeking highly successful 2016 graduates for our 2017 program with a Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in a variety of fields, including Business, Finance, Law, Management and Technology. Applicants must either graduate or complete their degree in 2016 with a Credit Average or higher, to be eligible.
Candidates must hold a permanent Australian residency or an Australian passport and you will be required to submit a copy of relevant documentation demonstrating your Australian citizenship/permanent residency should you be invited to participate in the assessment centre stage.
To be eligible, applicants will need to be able to hold an Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC)*, pass a pre-employment medical, be able to reside in South Australia (at your own cost) and relocate to Western Australia for six months to work within the company’s Regional Services Business Unit (at company cost).

*An ASIC is required to enter airside areas at airports. The application process includes a Federal Government background check to determine that the applicant has no criminal convictions.
