Non Certifying Engineer – RAF Shawbury

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Non Certifying Engineer based at our Shawbury site. The role would suit someone with drive and determination. Working as part of a small team the role holder will support the Shift Supervisor to:

Provide first and second line maintenance on Bell 412 EP and AS350BB helicopters.

Actively promote the Helicopter Services Safety Management and Occurrence Scheme through proactive, open and timely reporting.

Successful candidates should have:-

Recent experience of working within an aviation maintenance environment with helicopter maintenance experience.

Part 145 initial Human Factors Trained.

Computer literacy on Microsoft based systems.

An understanding of maintenance control and management systems.

An understanding of H & S policies and procedures.

Experience of carrying out maintenance tasks to a specified standard, in accordance with approved data.

Experience of working within commercial organisations.

Preferred experience on AS350, A109 and B412.

A commitment to excellence regarding safety matters.

An outstanding ability to develop and foster Customer relationships.

An ability to be flexible and innovative, with a high degree of trust and integrity.
