As part of the Special Mission HR team, the role is accountable for providing assistance and support to the team in providing HR services to the wider Business Unit.
The initial focus will be on supporting the Sentinel workforce/operations and assistance to the recruitment program for the upcoming AMSA SAR contract.
This role would suit a person who is seeking to advance their HR career.
The first 12 months will be a heavy administration workload and learning curve where your flexibility and availability to support the team will be paramount. However, throughout this time you will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and experience; hence this role is not for the faint hearted.
